I am really excited to be joining the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults "Keys to Keys - 2017" as a volunteer support driver and a new board member of this exceptional cancer support organization, I see my volunteering for this 8 day bike ride from Baltimore to Key West, Florida, as a way to support young cancer patients and their families. We will be visiting hospital cancer centers on our road trip to inspire and unite communities while raising cancer awareness and funds for the fight against cancer. The bikers will cover many miles each day. I will be driving a support vehicle while navigating and leading the bikers. This "service to others" experience is an extension of my past 25 years of cancer program administration in the Washington and Baltimore region.
As a Support Driver, I am solicting sponsorship funding from family members, friends and organizations. All of us have been touched by loved one's fight with cancer. Hopefully, you will support this worthy cancer cause by making a donation in my name to the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults, a non-profit organizatioin focused on helping young adults dealing with cancer.

The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults changes lives by creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer. With your support, the Ulman Cancer Fund is able to provide free support services and resources for the young adult cancer community including:
Cancer to 5K - a 12-week training program designed to introduce or reintroduce cancer survivors to physical activity.
Patient Navigation - a free program (onsite at cancer centers and remotely through our office) that ensures no young adult ever faces cancer alone. We provide one-on-one support & resources to young adults and their families to help them manage the cancer expereience and long-term cancer survival.
Scholarships - a financial assistance program to help young adults continue their education after being affected by cancer through their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of a loved one.
