Cancer is one of those diseases that effects everyone in some way or another. I have lost my Grandfather, Great Aunt, and a cousin to this terrible disease. I have had friends and classmates diagnosed with cancer at a young age, and thankfully they have all gone into remission. As a thirty something, I like to think that there will be a cure found in my lifetime, but until that cure is found, it is the duty of everyone to make sure that we help raise money to help people dealing with this awufl disease. It is hard for ANYONE who has been diagnosed with cancer to deal with the news, but its especially hard for young adults who have their entire life ahead of them. Their hopes, dreams and aspirations all take a back seat to the cards that they have just been dealt. This is why we have decided to support the Ulman Cancer Fund with the 1st Annual Beardoff for Cancer. Our goal is to raise $25,000 for the fund to help young adults diagnosed with cancer. I hope that you will support me by donating whatever you can to support this wonderful organization.
Please join us in the 1st Annual Beard Off benefiting the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults (UCF).
Grow your beard and sign up for a fundraising page to help UCF change lives by creating a community of support
for young adults, and their loved ones as they fight cancer and embrace survivorship.
